With these products we can provide cost effective and economically viable solutions for many issues within the electrical power industry, improving our client's ability to deliver reliable quality power to end users without large capital investment.
Proven in live grids in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Canadian patented technology brings improved capital return (ROI) with smaller investment outlays, and fast implementation. Reducing technical losses and smaller $/kWh investment will result in more energy [kWh] delivered to the end users and increased revenue.
Our manufacturing centre is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and CSA certified. Two of our products including our patented product were successfully tested and CSA certified in Manitoba Hydro’s High Voltage Facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
With offices in Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario as well as distribution centres in High River, Alberta and Burlington, Ontario; EGC is well positioned to tend to all industries in American markets. Furthermore with EGSA positioned in central Europe, together we can serve global markets. EGSA products are well known in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia where our products have been installed successfully.
Our quality is second to none and is guaranteed as we impose mandatory testing in our factory on every single piece of equipment we manufacture, regardless of order size. Our reputation is built on providing the highest quality products which meet the highest safety standards.
Improvement in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practice:
Dry technology, environmentally friendly, low to no maintenance, no GHG.
power quality and reliability will increase quality of social life in communities.
Reduced investment costs are freeing capital for other social programs in communities.
Growing our business around new technologies is our goal. To achieve this, we continue to focus our R&D activities on energy efficiency and power quality within the electrical field. With that goal in mind, we have been able to develop and demonstrate a few new and innovative technologies for reducing energy losses in low and medium voltage distribution grids. Our Engineering team has been actively involved in major conferences around the globe and publishing white papers on our new technologies.
Our leadership team is well diversified technically and with superior management skills, we bring the best value to our customers. We have strong relationships with Professors in the faculty of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo and they play a significant role in our Research and Development team.

read more   Graduated from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia, Faculty of Civil/Structural Engineering in 1988 with a Major in Structural Engineering. Worked in former Yugoslavia in Engineering and Construction for three years before emigrating to Calgary, Canada in 1994, and immediately began working with Engineering companies in the Oil and Gas industry. Dragan has worked on many Oil & Gas and infrastructure projects in Canada and USA over the past 28 years. Some of the infrastructure projects included substations, renewable energy (wind farms) and transmission lines where Dragan gained both knowledge and design experience within the Electrical industry beside his own field of Engineering.
For the past few years, both Dragan and Aleksandar have worked closely, exploring and investigating the North American electrical distribution systems to see where the major differences and potential opportunities exist between the European and Canadian systems. Dragan's detailed research has identified numerous electrical challenges within the Americas. Together, in collaboration with Aleksandar, they developed and patented a new Method and System for reducing losses during distribution with the deployment of MVROT, a new innovative technology. Dragan was one of the co-authors on the publication of a White Papers “CIGRÉ - W2.07 - Abs 12” at the Cigré conference 2018 in Calgary and “CIGRE-299 Paper” at the Cigré conference in Toronto 2020.
Dragan, as co-inventor with Aleksandar, received three USPTO patents. First “METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REDUCING LOSSES DURING DISTRIBUTION” effective February 12, 2019, second and third USPTO patent for the Medium Voltage Regulator and Optimizing Terminal (MVROT) - “LOSSES REDUCTION FOR ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION” effective May 12, 2020 and September 01, 2020.
Dragan is founder and President of Energo Group Canada Inc.
